What is your work timeline?

Once you have uploaded your file(s) through are secure encrypted service, you will receive an automatic confirmation. If you opt to email us your files and/or Order Form (instead of uploading it) we will respond within 12 hours. If your order form is signed, we will provide one free evaluation result, typically within 48 hours, to aid in your purchase decision.

Payments made by the hiring party (law firm or government agency) can be by credit card or check, and our work product is delivered as soon as it is ready, typically within 48 hours of payment. Once a reliable work-payment relationship is established, work can be provided prior to payment being received.

Alternatively, payments that come from end clients must be by check AND the download link to our work will not provided until after that check has fully cleared their bank (typically one week after cashing) AND with the understanding that we do not communicate with end clients under any circumstances. We do not communicate with end clients and we reserve the right to refuse service.
