This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is designed to assist you in understanding how we ("us" and "our") will process your personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) on our website. By using our Website, you consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and all other types of processing of your Personal Data, as described in this Policy and our role as data controller for the Personal Data that we process.

Personal Data collected by us could include any information that you or your designate provide to us, information publicly available, anonymous statistics from using our website, and any other personal information provided with implied or expressed consent. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to provide any Personal Data on our Website.

All personal data is collected and retained in potential perpetuity to maintain client relationships, support future client or case needs, refine our marketing, and disclosure in compliance with a law or legal ruling. We will not sell, share, distribute or use your personal data except as previously set forth. Expert work is performed at the direction of counsel and is subject to the attorney client privilege and attorney work product doctrines.

We do NOT use website cookies, and do NOT perform automated decision-making activities, such as profiling. We do use external services for electronic message and file delivery, and these companies have privacy policies outside of our control. You must notify us in advance if you do not wish us to use these services with regards to your case.

You may review, dispute, or withdraw from our retention of, your personal data by mailing or emailing such a request to our office, and we will implement your request in a reasonable time. If you are a data subject who’s Personal Data we process, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection regulator in one or more of the European Union Member States.

We use multi-layered electronic and physical security to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized processing, such as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Once results have been delivered and the client's case has been closed, communications are allowed to age into deletion and the associated media files are either returned or destroyed.
