What is your privacy policy?
We have an extreme commitment to privacy. Except during processing, on-site physical media is stored in a fireproof vault, and electronic media is stored on encrypted drives within our biometrically controlled laboratory. Work product files (physical and electronic) are permanently destroyed once the next stage of enhancement or authentication is performed. Once we have delivered our results and closed your file, all media files are returned or permanently destroyed. We treat each case as an attorney-client privilege, and will not share confidential information with third parties except by your written consent or a court order.

Due to the sensitive files from our clients, tours are no longer permitted and the lab has changed locations. To further protect our facilities, the mailing address, phone services and some staff are located off site. We appreciate those of you who have previously participated in our lab tours and hope that you understand our need to invoke higher security precautions. We do provide training sessions regarding our methods and advantages of "Clarification" instead of "Enhancement". The classes are free and the training schedule is listed on our Staff page.

We use extensive adaptive filters that self-learn as they automatically clarify and restore details. Any qualified lab, including ours, can faithfully recreate our work product. However, like a chef following a cake recipe, their end result can never be an exact 100% match to our original results. The only source for our original results may be the end client that ordered them. Because of our privacy procedures, our full cooperation with the courts may only be able to produce notes and electronic communications.

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, unauthorized alteration of, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as electronic and physical security to guard against unauthorized access to systems where data is stored. Be aware that we do use external services for electronic message and file delivery, and these companies have privacy policies outside of our control. You must notify us in advance if you do not wish us to use these services with regards to your case. We regularly review our privacy policy compliance and make appropriate changes from time to time.
